Hamlet Foils Fortinbras Essay In Hamlet, one of Shakespeareââ¬â¢s most unmistakable plays, Shakespeare depicts an extraordinary case of an artistic foil among Fortinbras and Hamlet. Fortinbras, a minor character, has attributes that underline Hamletââ¬â¢s particular characteristics. Fortinbrasââ¬â¢ qualities bring out both the most noticeably terrible and the best out Hamlet all through the play. In Act IV Scene IV, Hamletââ¬â¢s speech calls attention to all of Fortinbrasââ¬â¢ characteristics that Hamlet appreciates. Fortinbras motivates Hamlet to take care of business of activity. Hamlet realizes that he has been thinking too accurately on the occasion of executing Claudius. Then again, Fortinbras is aggressive and takes activities for what the has confidence in. For instance, in the letter to the King, Young Fortinbras clarified that he would get back the land his dad lost. Lord Fortinbrasââ¬â¢ passing gave his child assurance and inspiration to make his dad pleased. In contrast to Fortinbras, Hamlet just sobs over his fatherââ¬â¢s passing.
